Program Objective

As we are all aware, customers buying behaviour change during and after COVID-19. What was working before may not be working anymore after MCO.

In this program, salespeople will learn how to build rapport quickly and effectively, how to find out customers’ needs in a relaxed way, identify the right solution and present the product or services convincedly. Salespeople will be able to build their competency in selling in the shortest time to help bring in sales to their organisation while helping their customers get the best solution from them.
