Lee Hoong Yen
Lee Hoong Yen is more popularly addressed as Lee Yen. She is passionate in teaching and coaching especially in the literacy and competency of the English language.
She holds and Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) whereby the graduation was held in the university campus in Netherlands. She is undertaking her studies in a Doctorate Degree (DBA) in a European University –UNIES of International Teaching University of Georgia which is accredited under the PRiME Framework of the United Nations. She holds a Degree in Computer Science from Coventry University, U.K. and TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Language) from LTTC (London Teacher Training College).
With her passion for public speaking, she has been the champion speaker of the club competing with other outstanding speakers in the area and division contests. Lee Yen has worked in companies of various industries including information technology, training and consultancy, insurance and properties. She has an extensive teaching and coaching experience of more than 16 years handling students and learners of different ages ranging from kids at 2 to adults at 60 years old. Being the principal of an English language centre, she ensures quality coaching sessions incorporating active, interactive and experiential learning. Chi Poh Yung holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) degree from Northern University of Malaysia (UUM), Sintok, Kedah, Malaysia.

In 2017, he is HRDF Certified Trainer in Malaysia and was selected as one of the 20 Entrepreneurship Mentors by HRDF to The Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Admedabab, Gujarat to be trained as a Certified Entrepreneur Mentor in Malaysia.

Kamarul Zaman Bin Alias is a qualified accountant and a certified professional trainer from the Institute of Professional Managers (IPMA) United Kingdom. He began his career as an accountant with a multinational organization, and went on to lead the organization in the areas of operation management, quality management, purchasing, logistics, warehousing and the entire spectrum of production management.

She is the one that able to make her handmade soap business earning up to RM50,000 monthly income and she has a soap factory located at Cheras which able to product more than 10,000 car of handmade soap monthly.
She is also President of Malaysia Natural Personal Care Society. She also held Malaysia first Natural Handmade Soap Making Competition in Kuala Lumpur and the competition get excellence respond from the public.
DOROTHEA JUSTIN MODUYING
Dorothea is currently the Managing Director of Neobayu Academy of Natural Medicine Sdn Bhd an Education centre set up in 2002 for Natural Medicine Modalities. She is the co-founder of Neobayu Soul of Borneo Spa that promotes the traditional native remedies of Sabah. Dorothea is responsible for creating and implementing corporate recruitment processes and wellness training and development programs. She integrates her training and management experience along with her massage therapy and spa knowledge to create training skill based programs that are required by the industry.
A passionate practitioner of manipulative soft tissue, qigong and an enthusiast of meditation, Dorothea is extremely passionate about alternative healing. She helped to set up the family wellness business in 1988 and had been an active holistic practitioner since the inception.
She has a passion for the health and holistic wellness sector and combines a wealth of knowledge, with both an industry and education perspective. She sees her involvement in this industry as a natural progression and to continue the family tradition.
She obtained a CIBTAC Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology and Body Massage and holds an Advance Diploma in Malay Massage from Polytechnic Sultan Salahuddin, Shah Alam. Received her Malaysian skill certificates in spa, massage and reflexology from the Department of skills Malaysia. She is also an authorized Inspection Officer for Spa and Foot Massage Centre under the Ministry of Tourism Art & Culture.
Dorothea holds a law and management degree and combines this knowledge in creating awareness of rights of practitioners with special protection on women as massage therapists. She sits as a Panel Member for the Rectification of the Spa Noss, Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Human Resource and also the Panel Member for the Draft Guidelines for Spa Services, Traditional and Complementary Medicine Division, Ministry of Health. Dorothea is the consultant for Hospital Duchess of Kent Sandakan and Women and Child Hospital Likas Kota Kinabalu for the therapeutic and post natal midwifery massage. She was also appointed as a Panel Advisor & Draft Committee for the Diploma in Malay Massage Co-curriculum with College Community & Polytechnic Education Division, Ministry of Higher Education.
She is a constant speaker both local and international forum on traditional and complementary medicine issues. She was appointed by the Ministry of Health to sit as the Council Member for the Traditional Complementary Medicine Act 2016 (ACT 775) for the period of 2018-2019 to regulate the traditional and complementary medicine services in Malaysia. Currently she is the President of the Malaysian Association of Wellness & Spa.

Having sales experience of 18 years and counting, Patrick has discovered a system that has enabled him to successfully close multiple million-dollar deals with large corporations and governments. To add on, Patrick has worked with Fortune 500 companies, impacting and transforming their sales force by achieving phenomenal sales results. By Growing the distributor sales category by 3X , from 1.2 million sales to 3.6 million sales.
He was also part of the nation wide marketing program which he help build and execute to the market in 2017 to 2019, which help the company to boost sales each year. Through his pursuit and obsession of learning only from the best of the best, it has enabled him to craft an immersive experience through sales simulations reinforcing, the learning capabilities of his clients.
Started in Standard Chartered Bank, as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Then moved on to Industrial sales, supplying ESD protection solutions to companies like Intel, WD, Seagate and Hp. After that move back into the banking industry, working for Citibank, serving priority customers. Converting customers from normal customers to priority banking and serving high net worth customers as well. Then moved down to KL, and work for the South Korean Government, become the trade liaison between South Korean SME and the Malaysian Business owners.
His final positions were at the Country Level, as a Brand Manager, working for a fortune 500 company. Part of his job was also to train sales staff, customer service, distributors and wholes sales on the systems and products that the company has to offer.
Now, as a trainer, he hopes to share with people from all walks of life his experiences, and bringing impact to their lives.
